THE MISSION
Our mission is the fresh release of the scriptural translations and other works of J.B. Phillips, in traditional as well as new and accessible formats, along with the re-telling of his inspired life.
The expressed purpose of all our endeavors is to invigorate many to delight and trust in the scriptures and live lives full of passion for Jesus. We long to see this generation profoundly changed by a living experience with the world-changing, exciting, raw power of the scriptures.

The Bible is the true Word of God, alive and totally relevant to each of our lives today. It contains in it all truth and wisdom and reveals the secret and purpose to life.
The translations and works of J.B. Phillips are marked by the power of the Holy Spirit, and are well-placed to lead many believers, and unbelievers, to deep relationship with Jesus.
The time is now and the need is very urgent - there are so many distractions plying for our attention. We long to see people genuinely excited by a personal experience of the scriptures as a uniquely living text.
The J.B. Phillips Society was founded in 2019 by Peter Croft, youngest grandson of J.B. Phillips, and Eugene T. Luning II.

The J.B. Phillips Society accepts donations through New Horizon’s Foundation. The Foundation works with Christian non-profits, with the goal to ‘take their vision to the world’. It was has been in operation since 1994 and undertakes a lot of the administrative tasks on behalf of these organizations so that more time and resources can be used for their primary objectives.
